Don't like the product you bought, or just changed your mind for some reason? The decision is in your hands. With FOXPOST parcel machines, you can return your purcheses even if you have chosen another parcel collect method when ordering, but now you want to return the purcheses with a FOXPOST parcel machine. You can do all this quickly and conveniently, without having to print a label or wait for a courier: you can return your parcel through any of our machines, at a time that suits you best.

If you want to pick up products purchased online without risk, choose FOXPOST's network of parcel delivery services. Did the clothes/dress not fit you? Has your mom already bought the watch you ordered for her? No problem, you can send it back with us.

Important: Some online shops may have a different return policy to the general one, so always check the merchant's website or contact the customer service for the return policy of the shop you are visiting.

Steps for returning a parcel


How does it work? After a simple registration and login, choose from the list of partners who you ordered the parcel from. (If you can't find the shop on the list, you won't be able to use our return service, please ask the webshop you are returning the product to about return options)
If you have found the webshop in the dropdown list we will generate a code for you. You can then go to the nearest parcel machine, which you can open with the code you have just received and put the parcel inside. Thats all you need to do, we'll take care of the rest!
