Az ÁSZF-ben olvashatók szerint az aktuális, adott napon érvényes, a csomagautomatáknál, illetve a fizetésre szolgáló elektronikus felületeken a mindenkori fizetési folyamat során számított és ismertetett díjak fizetendők.
A feladási díj bankkártyával egyenlíthető ki a A-BOX csomagautomata esetében feladás alkalmával, online kártyás fizetéssel Z-BOX csomagautomata esetében a feladást megelőzően.

Cash on delivery handling fees
In case of home delivery and in case of delivery through parcel machine

A transaction fee may be charged for the transfer of collected cash on delivery transactions, at a rate equalling the transaction duty, that is 0.45% with the upper limit of HUF 20,000.
*Example: for HUF 15 000, 1.2%, which is HUF 180 net. The COD amount, that is HUF 15 000, must be multiplied by 0.012 to get the deposit handling fee, which gives the net amount of HUF 180. For HUF 20 000, the net handling fee is HUF 240.
Extra service fees
In case of home delivery and in case of delivery through parcel machine
  • Replacement of the outer packaging due to inadequate inner and outer packaging of the shipment, use of inner packaging that provides adequate protection for the contents of the shipment (use of space-filling material, batch packaging of contents), rewrapping in packaging material suitable for the performance of the postal service contract

FOXPOST credit

FOXPOST credits allow you to post your parcels at a discount through the FOXPOST network in a hassle-free way.

The credits received will be credited to your account in the form of 1 voucher. So, for example, if you get 200 HUF credits, it is a 200 HUF coupon, if you get 300 HUF credits, it is a 300 HUF coupon.

You can redeem the credits in the form of a coupon when dispatching a parcel.

You can use one coupon code for one parcel dispatch.

A coupon can only be used once.

There are a variety of ways to collect credits:

  • If you are invited by a friend to join the FoxPost membership, register through the link in the invitation and FoxPost credits will be credited to your profile immediately.
  • If you are already a member, you can also invite your friends. If any of them registers, we will send you an email about this, and you and your friend will receive HUF 600 each into your accounts.
  • As a registered FoxPost member you can earn credits during our special promotional campaigns as well. You will be notified of our special offers and discounts applicable for limited periods.

You may invite any number of friends, but don’t forget that each email address may only be used for one registration.

To be eligible for the courtesy credits you have 3 days after the delivery of the invitation. You can register as a member later on as well; in that case you can earn credits by sending invitations. For more information go to “How do I collect credits?”

The FOXPOST credits in your account can be used for 30 days. Once you receive your invitation, you have 3 days to register as a FOXPOST member if you want your courtesy credits to be added to your account.
